Phailin is a supportive speaker with low defenses but with a surprisingly high Attack.

Phailin can do a great job supporting the crew, but can also hit with some mean sneak attacks.

Recommended crew: go Aggressive or Friendly with Jan-Piet and Hojo.

				This ability has reduced Aggro.

Meet the Locals (shared with Suh Min-Jeong) - Gain 2 supplies. Pick one crew member to gain either Diplomat: Generous or Beguiler: Charms.
Government Secrets - (Shared with Wang Yu) Gain 1 Secret for each 2 Journalists in your Entourage.
Totally Spy - Phailin gains Rogue - Sneaking and Rogue - Surprise. Also gain 2 Discovery tokens, 2 Secrets and 2 Treasure Hunts immediately.

Totally Spy:

On playing the personal story card, Phailin gains the Rogue - Sneaking and Rogue - Surprise perks.
After playing Totally Spy, two events occur in the following expeditions. If, after those, you visit the anagogic Archipeligo, a unique Treasure Node spawns (only happens if you have not only played the card, but also have to have had the events trigger prior to going there - even if they trigger in the expedition, they will not spawn. Upon travelling there, you require a level 6 Quick Thinker or a Brave crew member to get the Treasure.

Admires Phailin: 10% Speech Power, +10 Grit. Gain the Beguiler - Dancer perk! I'm mesmerized by her dancing and dexterity!
Wary of Phailin: +5 Speech Defense. Something is not right here!
Phailin's Opposite: +15 Speech Defense, +15 Armor. Gain the Quick Thinker - Alert perk! I don't trust her! I think she's hiding something!
